FalcoOutdoors – Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

At FalcoOutdoors, we ship directly from trusted U.S.-based distribution centers to bring you quality outdoor gear and apparel at competitive prices.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery is typically 7–14 business days depending on product availability and destination. Rural or remote locations may take slightly longer.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • $15 Flat Rate for orders under $100.
    • Free Shipping on orders over $100 (excluding taxes and discounts).
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

No Guaranteed Delivery Dates: While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frames, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or other events outside our control.
FTC Compliance: If we are unable to ship your order within the stated 7–14 business day window, we will notify you via email and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.


Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover processing and handling costs.

Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for approved returns will be issued within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds are subject to:
    • 25% restocking fee
    • Original shipping fee ($15 for orders under $100, or $15 deducted from free shipping orders).
    • Non-Returnable / Special Items

    • Sleeping bags, bedding, and personal-use items for hygiene reasons.
    • Food and beverage products.
    • Final sale or clearance items.
    • Oversized items are only available for in-store pickup and are non-returnable.

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items

      If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@falcooutdoors.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. FalcoOutdoors will provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for a replacement or refund.


      Governing Law & Jurisdiction

      This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.


      FalcoOutdoors reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
